Thank you so much for making these trips to Melbourne as I have noticed a huge improvement since resuming regular reflexology treatment. I was having quite a bit of pain when walking on my feet first thing in the morning that I just didn’t want to stand up. After just two sessions the discomfort disappeared. Now with the combination of facial and feet work I feel much more balanced. The facial work provides a two-pronged approach and really helps reduce the tension I carry in my face. I am also sure that work is subtler on my chronic pain areas such as my hips, because the respective points on my feet are less sensitive after the facial work. I am so relaxed and feel wonderful after each treatment. Thank you again for all your help. I really feel the benefit of incorporating reflexology in with my other modalities

I was seriously ill with an unknown illness and looking for complementary therapy to help me through surgery and massive amounts of pain and stress. A friend recommended reflexology and I found Anne Hilarius-Ford. Though we didn't know what I had she did the most incredible work with me. The more we worked together the more I wanted to know so she taught me bits and pieces to help myself and then I had to know it all. I have completed the diploma of reflexology and am now doing the facial reflexology diploma (with Anne!). Between my Anne, my Specialist and my husband I am still alive today and now a Reflexologist specializing in Autoimmune conditions.

Being a keen advocate for the benefits of reflexology, I've had many great treatments of varying styles over the years. Recently however, I was fortunate enough to discover Anne at Energy Reflexology. Wow! I've been SO impressed with her beautiful touch, knowledge and presence. Dear Anne, I just wanted to thank you for the Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage you did on me a few days after my flu injection. Straight after the injection I felt my left foot tingle and then my neck hurt and then my lower back hurt. Once home my arm was very sore and I felt very fatigued and had no appetite for the whole day. The next day was the same. I was lucky I had an appointment with you the next day as by now I still couldn’t use my arm and felt really exhausted. While you did my treatment, I felt tingling throughout my body and when you touched my arm/shoulder reflex it was very tender. After the treatment my arm and energy were 80% better! It was just amazing. I slept really well that night and woke up feeling like myself again with no arm pain. Thank you so much for your magical Lymphatic Drainage treatment. Thanks

I was 3 months pregnant when I picked up a pamphlet at the hospital about the benefits of reflexology during pregnancy. I thought if the hospital is displaying information on reflexology, then it must have some merits. I saw Anne for around 5 months, right up until 2 days before I gave birth. I believe having reflexology contributed to my happy and relaxed mind and body while I was pregnant. It helped with constipation, achy legs, hips and back, gave me energy plus it kept me feeling calm about the impending birth. My entire labour went on for 12 hours; the first half was relatively painless. Anne has a wealth of knowledge; she gave me some tremendous advice about babies, which has given me so much confidence as a first-time mother. Anne has an incredibly special talent for making you feel amazing.

The reflexology experience was absolutely amazing, since having the treatment I feel relaxed, de- stressed, focused on my studies. My lower back used to be quite painful and is now pain free. Now that my 6-week treatment session is over I will be a regular client. Thank you, Anne.

I am a insomniac!!! Well, that is how I was described! I also experienced discomfort in my hands, pain in my feet, gastro-intestinal issues and general feelings of loss of strength, wellbeing and losing control of my life. I genuinely felt that the joys of life were ebbing away from me, existing on 1.5hrs to 3hrs sleep per night did not give me the energy to enjoy my life as I have. I remembered when I was on holiday in Tasmania five years ago that I attended a reflexology appointment and it was one of the highlights of feeling wellness again for a short time. I loved it, I walked tall and relaxed after the appointment and enjoyed a feeling of wellbeing for a short time. But most importantly, Anne has taught me how to maintain my health and sleep patterns so that when I feel a sleep challenge, I can put that into practice and return to good sleep. I can never thank you enough Anne, I am blessed with your skills, knowledge, caring professional clinical care and I am committed to seeing you on a regular basis to maintain my health.
