Working with clients to support their health since 1999 and now 73, I share what I have learned about Healthy Living into Healthy Ageing (HLHA), now called Greater Later Living. Having found my purpose in my late 40s, my passion keeps growing. I am energetic, healthy and strong, loving life despite and thanks to the struggles lived and faced.
