1. In-Person and Online Sessions: The cancellation policy for the in-person sessions also applies to the online sessions.
2. Notice Period: I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
3. Refund Policy: Please note that when the session is prepaid, I provide the flexibility to reschedule the session to another day and time that is convenient for you.
4. Carry Forward Option: If you cancel your session with the required 24 hours' notice, you can choose a later date or time without any additional charges.
5. Cancellation Reasons: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, such as sickness or emergencies, which are beyond your control. In such cases, you have the flexibility to either reschedule the session without any charges when cancelling or pay the cancellation fee if rebooking later.
6. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates and times. I will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
