5 Tips for the Holiday Season

Christmas is a joyous time for many but not all.

I sure can do with some happy hormones at any time of the year and, following the 5 tips has often helped me to be in a better place. I wish you a ‘bestest’ place leading into a great 2019!

  • Record negative thoughts
  • Match with positive thoughts

When in my 20’s and living on my own, I found the above tips very useful when overcome with negative feelings. I learned to engage in activities that would divert my thoughts to the task at hand and I discovered it helped me to be more positive and, more importantly, more resourceful in shaping my thoughts and feelings.
